Great Happy hour food. Difficult to get in because it is so popular...go early.

A PDX staple. If you are showing a visitor to Portland around the city, Henry's is a great place to take them. If you're unfamiliar, it's known for over 100 beers on tap, and a strip of ice around the bar where you can set your drink to keep it cold. The Gorgonzola Fries on the happy hour menu are a must try, and the rest of the food is great as well. Crowded on weekends, try during the week to get the best tables.

I have only been there once. Excellent beer selection. From what I was told, and have heard many times, there is NO beer happy hour, only food. Beer tends to run around $4.50 a pint. It is located in the Pearl district. If they had a beer happy hour, I would go back.

Great happy hour for food - good food and it's all between $2-5. Drinks are expensive but they have one of the better selections in town - entire back side of the large menu is brew on draft. Can and does get busy during peak times, and occasionally has a little meat-market feel, but if you're looking for food and/or rare beers this is the place to go.

Ugh, this place is not my piece of pie. Crowded, and the patrons are there to look good more than have a good time. FYI the happy hour is inside the bar only, if you sit outside you pay full price.

I love Henry's Happy Hour only because the food is great and the beer selection is enormous! The only downsides are the yuppie clientèle and how quickly it becomes crowded. The mac and cheese will keep me coming back.
