Firkin Parties: Once a month we celebrate beer history with a traditional Firkin Keg Tapping at each of our brewery restaurants. The kegs are tapped in the traditional way, with one of our brewers driving a spigot through the front of the keg with a wooden mallet. This often results in a spray of beer and sometimes the complete soaking of the brewer tapping the keg.

We choose a different beer from our list of favorites so be sure to join us each month to sample these unique and limited brews.
