Oba! happy hour ROCKS. I go there regularly for cheap margaritas and martinis, as well as one of the best food menus I've seen for happy hour. Try their grilled chicken tacos and corn fritters.

Great happy hour...one of the best in Portland. Drink specials are great and the food is awesome. Fun atmosphere, but parking a bit of a challenge.

I always recommend this place for happy hour to my clients. Love the food and strong drinks. You can eat outside and enjoy.
