Great appetizer specials ~$2-5 but mixed drinks are ~$7-8. Tough to find a seat when it's busy and you have to snag tables Hong Kong style - right as people are leaving, manually sometimes. They have tables (2-4 people) a bar and booths (~5) to sit at. Great for dates, showing people around Portland and having a great time.

Oh yeah, and they validate parking for 2.5 hours with a stamp when you leave/pay. Great deal!

Awesome view, and the happy hour is a deal. The appetizers are quite good, but the entres in the restaurant aren't quite worth the price.

GREAT happy hour. get the crabcakes! but yes, get there as early as possible to get a good seat. they are ALL usually full by 4:45 - 5pm. and yes, its guerilla style trying to snag a table after that. but food that amazing at those prices with that view...DEFINITELY worth a visit!

Portland City Grill is a great place to unwine. Its elegant! Happy hour and drinks are inexpensive, and the view is absolutely calming, beautiful and amazing. Great place for dinners, birthdays and just a night on the town.
