I believe some of the drink specials are only $4 (like the Ocean Pacific). Order it w/o a flower ("sans fleur" in fancy speak) if you're a manly man. The cheap food is generally really good. The fries are outstanding.

Saucebox is great for a more low key happy hour. The atmosphere and food is great, and you can have fun trying all of the different cocktails they have to offer.

The best Pad Thai I have ever had, and it was less than $4. The atmosphere was hip but not too crowded.
