The Green has a happy hour but I don't know when it is. The beer is moderately priced, the scene is awesome for Walla Walla, and the fish tacos are amazing (but expensive).

Sometimes I appear at this bar with a fish taco in front of me. The bluemoon comes with orange slices. I did my 21 run at this bar!!
