Can't even begin to list the varied assortment of happy hours, as each hour something different is on special. You get the feeling that it changes regularly, too. I say go into this dive bar expecting cheap beer to begin with, be stoked if your visit coincides with a special you're interested in.

This is as dive as it gets, and definitely "old North Portland." (not to be confused with hipster martini-bar North Portland... Not that that's a bad thing.) Tons of options, lots of room, bartenders that don't bother you... ever...
