It gets busy and the specials are only ok. But they have some great house special drinks - the habanero martini is fantastic.
The atmosphere is fun and if you can get a chair on the patio it is romantic spot to cuddle under a blanket with your honey.

The drinks and food are great. The service can be a bit spotty - sometimes good, sometimes not so much. If you ask nicely they will make you garlic cheese fries - even though they aren't on the menu anymore - and they are oh so sinfully good.

Totally fun and unique atmosphere. Great stop along any bar hopping jaunt.

One of the last fun places to go dancing in Portland. Good mix of people and music between the two floors and not overly pretentious and meat-marketish like you will find at so many of the downtown bars.
The drinks are strong and the food is delish.

Friendly bartenders. Low key and laid back crowd. Can get a bit smoky downstairs, but worth it.

If I remember correctly, if there were any drinks on the happy hour menu, then I hadn't found them enticing enough to order, because the two times I was there I was always paying full price for drinks. There are a few good food specials, but the fondue is still $12 at happy hour. I highly recommend Urban Fondue and Bartini if you are looking for happy hour cheese and drinks.

Stop, reverse that. No food discounts for happy hour. But the snacks were still very tasty. There was a special happy hour drink menu. :)

You can't beat a table right on the marina on a sunny day. But the service was lacking. The flight of four wines that I ordered came out with two wines that were completely different than what was listed on the menu (Rosé instead of Chardonnay?). Sadly, the happy hour appetizers were not terribly impressive either.
