Friendly staff, good snacks, and now they serve cocktails too! I also really like that they have started taking credit/debit cards.

This place is all about the tasty breakfast, but don't forget to stop by for happy hour too!

Fun, casual place to hang out with a beer. The patio is small, but really nice. When they open the big doors, the whole place feels like an extension of the patio. Love the selection on the jukebox!

Live, local jazz music nightly to go with your awesome fish & chips and stiff drinks!

Upscale (for Alberta) decor, and the best fried tofu! But its only available during happy hour.

Corn dogs, tater tots, and cheap well drinks! Nuff said.

The food is really good (with a lot of vegetarian options), and the staff is super friendly. The place is on the small side, so you may have to wait a little Friday and Saturday nights, but its worth it!

I LOVE Caldera! The restaurant is great, the patio is fantastic, the beer list is long and varied, the staff is almost always friendly and happy to help with suggestions. The burger is devine!

I have some ideas for improving the site...
(1) How about a button or option for bar owners to upload a PDF of the happy hour memu?
(2) I would get rid of the drop down categories for the comments. The categories don't show up anywhere, you can't sort by them, and I found it confusing the first time. My comments for each place usually include some or all of the categories.
(3) How about a big ol' Beta Tester Button somewhere so we can leave our suggestions, gripes, kudos somewhere other than in the blog comments?
(4) Options for the default address once you login (i.e. home, work, school, etc).
(5) How about making Flikr an option in the Add Photo tab? Flikr roll on the blog? People could tag their photos with "unthirsty"?

Oh yeah...and more default avatars! They are SO CUTE! How about a lime wedge or a lemon twist?
